Directions to Stratton Rentals I-95 NORTH TO I-91 NORTH TO VERMONT Exit 2; look for signs to Route 30 North. This is a left turn off the exit. Follow Route 30 North for 38 miles to Bondville, VT. Vermont Country Properties/Stratton Rentals is on the left. Our building is painted red with cream trim. We share the parking lot with the Norse House Ski Shop. The Stratton Mountain Access Road is the next left. If you pass the 7Eleven Gas Station you missed us! FROM ALBANY, NY Route 7 East from Troy to Bennington. Follow NY Route 7 to Route 279 at Vermont border. In Bennington, VT take route 7 North to Manchester, VT (exit 4). Make a right onto routes 11/30. Travel approximately 6 miles and make a right onto route 30 toward Bondville, VT. Travel approximately 7 miles to Bondville. The entrance to Stratton is on the right and Vermont Country Properties/Stratton Rentals is the next right. Our building is painted red with cream trim. We share the parking lot with the Norse House Ski Shop. TACONIC PARKWAY Take last exit before toll, route 295 Chatham/East Chatham. Take first left off exit onto main road. Turn right and continue to Route 22 North. Take Route 22 North to Route 7 East. Take Route 7 East to Route 279 to Bennington. In Bennington, VT take route 7 North to Manchester, VT (exit 4). Make a right onto routes 11/30. Travel approximately 6 miles and make a right onto route 30 toward Bondville, VT. Travel approximately 7 miles to Bondville.
